Submit a Claim

The Sutton Claims Portal offers an efficient way to submit medical and dental claim expenses anytime, anywhere in the world. Submitting a claim is fast and easy - just answer a few questions, take a picture of your receipt, tap to sign, and submit it on the portal for our claims department to review.

For all other claims, please complete a CLAIM FORM and submit it to the Sutton Claims Department.

To submit medical and dental claim expenses, click the button below to get started.

Complete all of the policy information required in registration and add your claimants. You can edit this information at any time in your “Profile”.

You will receive a confirmation email to validate your new account, and you will be prompted to log in.

Click Submit a Claim on the homepage. Answer the questions, take a picture of your receipts, tap to sign, and submit your claim for our claims department to review.

Emergency and Global Assistance Services

Sutton has partnered with On Call International to provide assistance services when you are travelling. You may have access to the following assistance services:

  • Medical Assistance

  • Travel Assistance

  • Security Assistance

On Call is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please note that On Call is not a first responder. If you are in a medical emergency please call local emergency response services first and then call On Call as soon as possible after that.
